DANCE
Dance is reflection of live person and physical responding on outside world. It is also reflection of human mental and spiritual world. Dance is bridge between art and sport. It can be sport, art or **** fun. First people **** had wish for free movement and dancing become a way for expressing feelings and emotions. Dance is a sport and it is also competitive and has many different sorts. It is art, because it expressing certain beauty let these are movement, rhythm and music. Today it is the most important as a fun and meeting new people.
Every sport dancers have to has many abilities as a power, speed, mobility, stamina, balance and coordination. Every dancer also has a coach, who guide him trough the dance, which support him, a person, who planes dancers trainings and competition. Every dancer and also other sportsmen have to be physically and also psychically prepared ever moment. If they want to reach good marks at competitions, dancers have to visit fitness, yoga and aerobics every week.
Prehistory:
History of dancing is connected with history of human. Dance was first artistic expression. It united movement, sound, gesture and sound. Archaeologies discovered old residents of inhabitants and found many drawing in walls, which were showing different dance positions. Already first people had culture of dance, that was expressing basic human emotions as are joy, sadness, love, hate
Dance was always connected with believing. People were dancing erotic, witch, battle and animal dances.
Old age:
In old age we can find first origins for professional dance. They divided people on performances and viewers. Dance was very important for these people, because it was earning for religious ceremonies. Researches found wall illustrations in Egypt which shows dancers, parties for showing respect to pharaoh and parties for some goddesses. Imported dancers, mostly Pigmies were dancing in pharaoh’s court and they also doing secular job. Dancers in Egypt belonged to their own social class. Dancers were men and woman. First, they dance slowly, but with evolutions dance become faster, they included also acrobatic elements. For the Greeks, dance was the most important thing in the world; it was the way of being together and have fun. They brought dance even in theatre. But Romans thought, that dance is indecent und that it brings misfortune.
Middle age:
In this age Church taken over Infidels and Jewish dances for own ceremonies. But they banned dance gradually, because they believed that every dance step or jump is step to hell. But people danced ahead and there was no nation, which didn’t dance rustic or folk dances. They created the new phenomenon- dance of madness. People mostly liked dancing in masks. This was beginning of ballroom dancing. They danced in couples, so they were equality to female sex.
15th century or age of BASSES DANSES
They started to use different names for single steps, they had first dancing teachers in school, and first dance records. People danced in couples and they weren’t bouncing, that is why dance name is Basses dance. Women had to dance modestly, lightly, gently, with sunken view. It is typical dance of folk origin that he occurred in southern Germany in Bavaria. It is the most known dance in Europe, people dance it in every occasion, and also every newlywed started dancing Viennese waltz at their marriage.

English waltz is soft and light, which is giving him special beauty. He is tying up Viennese waltz and America

Is very fast dance, English calling it quickstep.
